Educational Innovation in Economics and Business

Recently, Mintzberg (2004, p.1) raised (again) an issue which seems to be getting a sad evergreen in business education: “Using the classroom to help develop people already practicing management is a fine idea, but pretending to create managers out of people who never managed is a sham. It is time that our business schools gave proper attention to management.”
