Invitation letters for Visa applications

In the past, we've occasionally received requests for invitation letters from participants travelling from countries that are required to have visa to enter the country where the conference is held. Of course, we are more then willing to provide these letters!
However... unfortunately we've also received requests for invitation letters from less bonafide parties, so we have to be careful. To ensure that people truly intend to attend the conference and truly need a visa for that purpose, we will only provide invitation letters after a participant has registered for the conference and we've received full payment.
Should you require an invitation letter to apply for a visa to enter the Netherlands, please send your request, with all the necessary name and address details, via email to edineb-sbe@maastrichtuniversity.nl. We kindly ask you not to make you request by phone.
